Please note that this can take a significant amount of time, depending on the size of your account and your other connected applications (Contacts, Calendar, etc). Modern authentication (ADAL) with AD FS requires the /adfs/services/trust/13/windowstransport endpoint to be enabled. But primarily I am guessing you are changing the server name.
